How big is my driveway?​

 

A driveway size is determined based on how many vehicles can fit onto it. If you are still unsure, feel free to reach out.

 

Do you do monthly payments?

 

Yes! We have payments plans for all budgets. Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly or In Full.

How do I report damage.

Go to the support page and fill out the form. Please include all the information that you can. Someone will be in contact with you.

Can I park my cars in the driveway?

 

We recommend that you park them as close to the top as you can.
We do this to ensure the safety of your home and vehicles. 

 

Do you come out if there is a storm?

 

Yes. On our end we track the current storm and dispatch our workers at the most opportune time. 

 

How close do you get to my house?

 

For walkways and other areas, we use hand shovels. For driveways we set up markers which our drivers are trained to clear 6'-12' of the marker and 6'-12' of parked cars. This goes for buildings as well.

When does the season start? 

 

The offical season starts November 1st and ends April 30th. An other snowfall after these dates will have to be booked seperatly due to services not being included in the season passes.
